Welcome aboard our vintage houseboat at the Berry Creek Marina. Aptly named “A SHORE BET” this cozy 36’x12′ Thunderbird houseboat is moored in our clear stocked pond alongside our 48′ dock and will take you on an adventure of waterborne living without the hassle.

Your boat sports a queen bed, full galley, head (bathroom for you landlubbers), sleeping cuddy, salon, futon sofa, back up generator and the raised bridge with literally all the bells and whistles. There’s also plenty of deck area above and dockside to relax and entertain. Enjoy a cocktail to the sound of the pond fountain or water lapping at the hull to drift off to sleep to. Although designed to sleep up to 8 we feel 4-5 is a comfy limit to enjoy for couples, family, friends and especially children who will thank you for this adventure and remember it for years to come.
